Summary

This study aims to find out if markers of bone and muscle health can predict complications after spinal surgery. Researchers will collect data from 200 adults undergoing spine surgery, including imaging, tissue samples, and questionnaires about pain and quality of life. The goal is to better understand why some patients have problems after surgery and improve future care.
