First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study compares two ways to move back molars forward using braces: one with a special gum surgery called PAOO and one without. About 40 adults will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups. The goal is to see if the surgery leads to faster tooth movement, less discomfort, and better satisfaction.
