Summary
This study is a large registry that will observe 3,000 people with severely calcified coronary artery disease who are undergoing a procedure to open their blocked arteries (PCI). The goal is to collect real-world data on different treatment techniques and tools to see which work best and why. No new treatments are being tested; instead, researchers will analyze existing medical records and outcomes to improve future care.
