Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new oral drug called ORIC-114 combined with an injectable drug, amivantamab, in people with advanced lung cancer that has a specific genetic change (EGFR exon20 insertion). The study aims to find the safest dose and see if the combination shrinks tumors. About 76 participants will be enrolled.
