Mini-Tumors in a dish could pick the right drug for bile duct cancer

Summary
This study tests whether growing a patient's tumor cells in the lab (called organoids) can help doctors choose the most effective drug for advanced bile duct cancer. About 88 adults who cannot have surgery will either get standard treatment or a treatment chosen based on organoid drug testing. The goal is to see if this personalized approach improves tumor shrinkage and delays cancer growth.
