Summary
This study is testing whether a new organ preservation solution called Custodiol-N works as well as the current standard solution during kidney, liver, and pancreas transplants. Researchers will compare how well the transplanted organs function in 362 patients over 90 days after surgery. The goal is to see if the new solution helps protect organs during transport and improves transplant success.
