New hope for hard-to-treat lymphoma: drug duo enters final testing phase

Summary
This study tests whether a new combination of drugs (orelabrutinib plus rituximab) works better than another standard combo (lenalidomide plus rituximab) for people with marginal zone lymphoma that has returned or stopped responding to prior therapy. About 324 adults who have already had at least one prior treatment will be enrolled. The main goal is to see how long the cancer stays under control.
