New hope for stubborn blood disease: experimental pill enters testing

Summary
This study is testing a pill called orelabrutinib for people with autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) whose disease has come back or hasn't responded to standard treatments. It will enroll 50 adults to find the best dose and see how well it works to control the disease over 12 to 52 weeks. The main goal is to see how many patients' blood counts improve after 12 weeks of treatment.
