First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study is for people with a slow-growing blood cancer called marginal zone lymphoma who haven't had treatment yet. It tests a new approach: a short course of standard chemo followed by a targeted drug (Orelabrutinib) to keep the cancer under control. The goal is to see if this approach works better and has fewer side effects than chemo alone. About 23 adults will take part.
