New hope for aggressive lymphoma: triple-drug combo targets hard-to-treat cases

Summary
This study is for people with a fast-growing type of blood cancer called mantle cell lymphoma that has not been treated yet. It tests a combination of three drugs (orelabrutinib, lisaftoclax, and rituximab) to see how well they shrink tumors and how safe they are. About 25 participants will receive the treatment and be monitored for side effects and cancer response.
