NCT ID NCT05316701
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests a new treatment called Orca-T for people with advanced blood cancers (like leukemia) who need a stem cell transplant. Orca-T is made from a donor's cells and includes special immune cells to help prevent a serious side effect called graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). The goal is to see if Orca-T helps patients live longer without severe GVHD compared to the standard transplant. About 187 participants are in this phase 3 trial.
