Summary

This early-phase study tests a new stem cell treatment called Orca-T, combined with targeted radiation and chemotherapy, for people aged 60-75 with acute leukemias or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well the body tolerates the treatment. About 33 participants will receive donor stem cells that have been specially processed to reduce side effects and improve outcomes.
