Summary
This study is testing a new cell therapy called Orca-T for adults with acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome who need a stem cell transplant but are too frail for the strongest chemotherapy. The therapy uses specially prepared donor cells to help rebuild the patient's immune system while trying to reduce serious complications like graft-versus-host disease. Researchers aim to see if this approach is safe and effective for 80 participants who receive a milder pre-transplant treatment.
