Could your morning OJ be a secret Anti-Aging weapon?

NCT ID NCT04861623

Summary

This small pilot study tested whether drinking orange juice daily could improve skin health and reduce signs of aging. Twenty women drank either orange juice or a look-alike placebo drink for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in skin redness from sun exposure, hydration, elasticity, and other skin health markers to see if the nutrients in orange juice made a difference.
