Summary
This study looked at whether eating oranges can improve how the body handles sugar and fats in people with Metabolic Associated Fatty Liver Disease (MAFLD). 60 adults with MAFLD took part. Researchers measured changes in liver fat and other health markers to see if oranges could help control the disease.
