Summary

This study looks at how well the gums heal after a common gum surgery in people with and without diabetes. Researchers want to see if diabetes slows healing and what factors, like mouth bacteria or inflammation, play a role. About 40 adults with gum recession will join, providing samples and attending follow-ups for 6 months.
