Summary

This study is testing whether taking an oral medication called tranexamic acid for an extended period after a hip or knee replacement helps patients recover faster. Researchers will measure pain levels, how quickly patients can walk on their own, swelling, and complication rates. The goal is to see if this extra medication improves recovery outcomes compared to standard care.
