This study tests an oral pill called treprostinil in 30 adults with severe Raynaud's phenomenon that hasn't improved with usual therapies. Raynaud's causes fingers and toes to change color and become painful when cold or stressed. Participants will take the pill three times daily for 26 weeks and track their daily symptoms to see if the medication reduces attack frequency and severity.
