Summary
This study tests an oral pill called treprostinil in 30 adults with severe Raynaud's phenomenon that hasn't improved with standard therapies. Participants will take the pill three times daily for 26 weeks and track their daily symptoms, including number and duration of attacks and a difficulty score. The goal is to see if the medication reduces the frequency and severity of episodes.
