New pill aims to clear stubborn psoriasis skin

Summary

This study is testing whether a new oral medication called HSK44459 can safely reduce the skin symptoms of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. About 150 adults will take either the drug or a placebo pill for 16 weeks to see how much their skin improves. The main goal is to see if the drug can clear or nearly clear the psoriasis patches.
