Direct shot to stop mouth cancer before it starts

Summary
This study is testing whether injecting a drug called nivolumab directly into high-risk precancerous spots in the mouth can stop them from turning into cancer. It will involve 45 adults with these lesions. The goal is to see if this targeted approach is safe and effective at preventing oral cancer.
