Summary
This study is testing whether a new oral medication called NA-931, taken alone or alongside an existing weight-loss injection (tirzepatide), helps people lose weight more effectively. It will involve 224 overweight or obese adults who will take the treatments for 48 weeks while following diet and activity programs. Researchers want to see if the combination works better than either treatment alone, particularly in reducing body fat while maintaining muscle mass.
