First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving small daily doses of allergenic foods (like milk, egg, or peanut) to children under 2.5 years old can help them safely eat those foods without allergic reactions. Over 500 children will receive either the treatment or standard care for one year, then be followed for six more months. The goal is to see if this approach is effective and cost-efficient for long-term tolerance.
