Summary
This study observes 160 adults to understand how their oral hygiene habits and gum health (like gingivitis or periodontitis) relate to their quality of life. Participants will have their gums examined and fill out a questionnaire about how their mouth affects daily living. No treatments or medications are given—the goal is simply to gather information to help improve future care.
