New hope for head & neck cancer patients after immunotherapy fails

Summary
This study is testing a new oral drug, NRC-2694-A, combined with a standard chemotherapy (paclitaxel) for adults with advanced head and neck cancer that has returned or spread. It is specifically for patients whose cancer continued to grow despite receiving modern immunotherapy drugs. The main goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors and control the disease.
