Summary

This study tests whether starting two oral drugs (cyclosporine and eltrombopag) early, before the standard treatment, is safe and practical for people with severe aplastic anemia. Participants take the pills for 6 months and may later receive standard therapy. The goal is to see if this approach improves outcomes and reduces complications.
