This study looked at whether using oral cryotherapy (like ice chips) after robotic surgery for sleep apnea can reduce sore throat and improve daily life. 64 adults who had the surgery took part. The goal was to see if this simple, cold treatment could help with pain and make it easier to swallow, sleep, and go about daily activities.
