Summary
This study tests an oral chemotherapy drug, cladribine, combined with two other drugs (low-dose cytarabine and venetoclax) in people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The first part finds the safest dose; the second part checks if that dose helps control the disease. About 58 adults with relapsed or newly diagnosed AML will participate.
