Summary
This study tested whether a special Oral Care Kit could reduce dry mouth and improve oral health in 82 ICU patients. Participants used either the kit or standard artificial saliva every 12 hours for 60 hours. Researchers measured mouth dryness, saliva flow, and comfort before and after treatment.
