Summary

This study is testing whether a special dental care program can help people who have survived head and neck cancer. It will see if regular visits to a dental hygienist every three months can reduce long-term mouth problems like dry mouth, pain, and tooth decay, and improve quality of life. Researchers will compare this program to standard dental care in 300 participants over three years.
