New pill tested for tough blood cancers after other treatments fail

Summary
This study is testing a new oral medication called AS-1763 for adults with certain blood cancers that have returned or stopped responding to at least two prior treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug helps control the cancer. The trial will enroll about 120 participants and involves taking pills daily for up to two years.
