Summary
This study tests an oral drug called AS-1763 in about 120 adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia, small lymphocytic lymphoma, or other B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas. Participants must have tried at least two prior treatments without success or had side effects. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see how well the drug shrinks tumors.
