Summary
This study tests an experimental oral drug, AS-1763, in adults with certain blood cancers (like CLL or lymphoma) that have not responded to at least two prior treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see how well the drug controls the cancer. About 120 participants will take the pill daily, and researchers will monitor side effects and tumor response.
