Summary
This early-stage study tested a new oral antibiotic combination in healthy adults to see if it is safe and how the two drugs interact in the body. The study involved 53 healthy participants who received the drugs alone and together for up to 10 days. The main goal was to measure safety and how the body processes the drugs, not to treat an active infection.
