Summary
This study is testing a new combination of three oral drugs for people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The first part aims to find the safest and most effective dose. The second part will see if that dose can help control the cancer in patients who are newly diagnosed but not eligible for strong chemotherapy, or whose cancer has returned or resisted treatment.
