NCT ID NCT05010772

Summary

This early-stage trial is testing whether taking oral medications can help keep acute myeloid leukemia (AML) from returning after patients achieve remission. The study will enroll 125 adults with AML who have responded to initial treatment but aren't candidates for stem cell transplant. Researchers will test five different drug combinations to find the safest and most effective approach to maintain remission and prevent relapse.
