First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looked at how the way a weblink is presented in a digital vaccination invitation email affects how much people trust the email and whether they would book a vaccine appointment. Over 4,000 adults from the UK and US were shown one of three different email versions with different link formats. The goal was to find out which link design makes people more likely to trust and act on the invitation.
