Summary
This study tests a set of nutrition best practices for very premature infants (born before 32 weeks or under 3.3 pounds). The goal is to see if personalized feeding, extra zinc, and carnitine can improve growth, organ health, and brain development. About 200 babies will take part, and their weight, length, and head size will be tracked until they leave the hospital.
