Summary

This study tests a new way to monitor movement during brain surgery. Researchers will use a small sensor on the patient's forehead and video from the surgical microscope to measure and reduce movement when stimulating the brain. About 203 people having brain surgery will take part. The goal is to make surgery safer by improving how doctors protect important brain areas.
