New program aims to reduce medication mix-ups for kids with complex conditions

Summary

This study tests a program called Pediatric Medication Therapy Management (pMTM) to help doctors and families better manage the many medications children with complex health conditions take. The goal is to find and fix medication-related problems, like drug interactions or unnecessary pills. About 371 children aged 2-18 who take 5 or more medications will take part.
