Summary
This study is testing whether removing fewer lymph nodes during prostate cancer surgery is as safe and effective as removing more. Researchers will compare two groups of 800 men with prostate cancer who are having their prostate removed. One group will have a limited lymph node removal, the other a more extensive one. The goal is to see if the less invasive approach can reduce complications without increasing the risk of cancer spreading.
