One-Week test determines best drug combo for deadly protein disease

Summary
This study aims to find the best first treatment for patients with a rare, serious blood disorder called AL amyloidosis who have a specific genetic change. All participants start on the same three-drug combination. After just one week, doctors check how well the disease is responding. Based on that early result, some patients continue the same drugs, while others switch to a different three-drug combination. The goal is to get more people into a deep remission faster.
