Summary
This study compares two different chemotherapy combinations for adults aged 60-75 who are newly diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and healthy enough for strong treatment. The goal is to see which regimen works better and is safer. About 113 participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups, and those who respond well will receive the same follow-up care.
