Summary
This study is testing if a personalized dosing method for the antibiotic teicoplanin works better than standard dosing for treating serious bacterial infections. It involves 74 hospitalized adults already receiving this drug as part of their care. Researchers will closely monitor drug levels in the blood to see if personalized dosing helps patients reach the right treatment level faster and more reliably.
