Summary

This study looks at whether using two antibiotics together is more effective than one for treating Enterococcus faecalis bloodstream infections. Researchers will also analyze patients' gut bacteria to see how it affects treatment success. About 510 adults with this infection will take part, and the goal is to improve cure rates and reduce complications.
