New combo therapy aims to control toughest prostate cancers

Summary
This study tests whether adding two hormone-blocking drugs (relugolix and enzalutamide) to radiation therapy can better control very-high-risk prostate cancer. About 50 men will receive the combination for 18 months. The main goal is to see if cancer cells disappear from biopsy samples two years after treatment.
