NCT ID NCT05552443
Summary
This study aimed to find the best dose of a strong pain medicine given directly into the spine for teenagers having major back surgery for scoliosis. Researchers tested different doses in a small group of patients to see which one provided the most pain relief with the fewest side effects, like severe itching or nausea. The goal was to improve recovery by making pain management safer and more effective for these young patients.
