Summary
This study is observing 6,600 people with HIV whose current dolutegravir-based treatment is not working well. Researchers want to learn how often the virus becomes resistant and how well patients can suppress the virus after extra counseling. The goal is to find better ways to manage treatment failure and improve future guidelines.
