Summary
This study looks at 6,600 people with HIV whose current medication (dolutegravir) is not fully working. Instead of switching drugs right away, researchers want to see if extra counseling to take medicine correctly can help suppress the virus. They also track how drug resistance develops over time. The goal is to find the best approach for managing treatment failure.
