NCT ID NCT07346235

First seen Jan 22, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study compares two daily doses (150 IU vs 225 IU) of follicle-stimulating hormone in 440 women with normal ovarian reserve undergoing their first or second IVF cycle. The goal is to see if the lower dose is just as effective at achieving a live birth while potentially reducing side effects like ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and lowering treatment costs. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two doses.
